  • Managers/supervisors, register your students for the Employment Opportunity for Students with Disabilities (EOSD) by completing the registration form.
  • New! Students can register themselves for the EOSD program.

Please note that EOSD events are only open to students with disabilities.

An opening event for all EOSD participants. Students will receive an overview of planned events and learn about the mentoring program and post-graduate employment opportunities. The event will include a keynote speech from the Deputy Minister Champion for Federal Employees with Disabilities, Tina Namiesniowski. You will also get the opportunity to hear a testimonial from Mégan Le Stum about their experience in the EOSD program. *This event has already taken place. Presentation on AAACT Lending Library & GoC Workplace Accessibility Passport This activity will be an opportunity to learn about two accommodation supports services available to students with disabilities who work for the GoC.

Mentorship Session: Panel Discussion on Navigating the Conversation on Accommodations This event will include three EOSD mentors answering questions in a panel discussion format. Discussions will focus on understanding the Duty to Accommodate and the workplace accommodation process, most common types of accommodations and how they can help and tips and tricks for requesting accommodations and speaking to your manager.
