Le mois d'avril marque le début de notre année fiscale, un moment pour définir des objectifs clairs et SMART alors que nous traversons une période électorale et les incertitudes qui l’accompagnent.
En tant que gestionnaires et leaders, il est plus important que jamais d’organiser et de planifier efficacement votre travail. Un conseil simple mais efficace consiste à utiliser les outils disponibles pour alléger votre charge de travail. Diriger en communiquant des attentes claires et en assurant un suivi avec votre équipe peut également aider à réduire le stress et à maintenir la productivité. Et n'oubliez pas, votre réseau est un atout précieux et gratuit, qui grandira avec vous et évoluera au fil du temps. N’hésitez pas à utiliser les ressources et le soutien qui sont à votre disposition.

Vous êtes curieux de découvrir ce que sont les cercles de coaching entre pairs (CCP) et comment ils peuvent vous soutenir dans votre rôle de gestionnaire ou superviseur fédéral? Vous vous sentez isolé et souhaitez vous connecter avec vos pairs? Vous dirigez un nouveau projet et vous vous sentez bloqué? Vous cherchez à savoir comment aborder une conversation difficile?
Aucune formation ou expérience préalable n'est requise pour les participants! Ces sessions sont réservées aux gestionnaires et superviseurs de la fonction publique fédérale uniquement. Inscrivez-vous dès maintenant et assurez votre place!
