Join the Mindful Change Leadership Development (MCLD) Program to build leadership, resilience, and mindfulness skills that help you navigate uncertainty and support others. Open to all levels and abilities, this free 8-week journey (April to June 2025) includes a practical experience and insights to sharpen focus, enhance clarity, nurture creativity, and foster compassion in service of others.

Top 3 Things Managers Should Know About Digital and Data Tool Adoption

Demystifying Peer Coaching Circles (PCC) - NMC PCC Drop-In Sessions
Join us for an orientation and demonstration of peer coaching circles, and an opportunity to participate in a practice circle.
Curious to see what peer coaching circles (PCC) are all about and how they can support you in your work as a federal manager or supervisor? Feeling isolated and want to connect with your peers? Leading a new project and feeling stuck? Trying to figure out how to have a challenging conversation?
No previous training or experience required for participants! These sessions are reserved for federal Public Service managers and supervisors only. Register now and secure your spot !
