- Questionnaire runs off main sites as an exit survey
- Over 40K participants every month / 600K over the fiscal year 2022-23
- At the individual task level, we are seeing tasks move in a positive direction
- You can use basic UX design strategies to make signficant gains in task success for low performing tasks
