The Lifting as you Lead Mentoring Circles (LLMC) program is a free group mentorship program that breaks down barriers and opens doors for Defence Team and Canada Public Service members at all levels to advance their leadership skills and careers. With over 2500 graduates, LLMC is the largest group mentoring program and has developed inclusive leaders from coast to coast to coast. It is a unique opportunity to network with colleagues and senior leaders, develop leadership skills in real time, and explore career-building opportunities.
