A public servant with more than 20 years of experience, Jeremy participated in the 2024 LLMC as an opportunity to impart his own experiences and lessons learned while also learning from his colleagues, new and old, across a broad network: “The program was highly enjoyable, and it’s an experience that every public servant should have the chance to partake in. I think it really opens eyes - and often - doors.”
A self-described advocate for accessibility and people with disabilities, Jeremy particularly enjoyed discussions following Masterclasses on topics like privilege, pre-conceived notions, and bias in an effort to modernize thinking to be more open, inclusive, and supportive in the workplace.
