- This document provides guidance for departments and agencies on the Web content and layout for regulatory initiatives covered by the Policy on Regulatory Transparency and Accountability. The guidance will be updated overtime. Your comments and questions are welcome.

- The Draft Guidance on Posting Service Standards and Related Performance has been archived. The guidance was posted to assist departments and agencies in transitioning to the new service standards requirements anticipated when the Policy on Service and Guideline on Service Management were under review.
- Please refer to the Policy on Regulatory Transparency and Accountability. A “note to reader” has been added to refer the reader to the new Policy on Service and Digital, Directive on Service and Digital, and Guideline on Service and Digital, where there are outdated references to the Policy on Service and Guideline on Service Management. Departments that were following the Policy on Regulatory Transparency and Accountability and the archived draft guidance are likely meeting the instruction given in the Guideline on Service and Digital on information to post online. A link to an example Canada.ca template is provided in the Guideline on Service and Digital.
