June 9	10:30-4:30pm EST	National Student Welcoming Event (Bilingual)	Federal Youth Network (FYN) and the Canada School of Public Service (CSPS)	V-Expo Link to be provided	The Student Welcoming event, done by CSPS, is planning a welcoming remark from the PSC and a panel discussion with Joshua Frame (Manager, Federal Youth Network & Associate Faculty, Canada School of Public Service), Gina Wilson (Deputy Minister, Diversity and Inclusion and Youth, Canadian Heritage), Christiane Fox (Deputy Minister, Indigenous Services Canada), Elizabeth Martin (Federal Black Employee Caucus representative for BC) and possibly the PSC representative. The moderators will be Audrey-Anne Racine (Human Resources Advisor, Employment and Social Development Canada and GC Student co-chair) and Tabassum Khan (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisor, Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Canada). June 21	1:00-2:30pm EST	National Indigenous Student Get Together	Public Service Commission	MS Teams	To strengthen the representation, recruitment, development and retention of Indigenous people through targeted recruitment of talented Indigenous university or college students across Canada. To present measures to support onboarding, development and work experience for all Indigenous students hired through the program. This activity will be an opportunity for Indigenous students hired to learn: Meet the team that lead ISEO Different supports of the ISEO initiative Mentoring opportunities Diversity of career opportunities in the Federal Public Service Networking opportunities with Indigenous public servants
June 30	1:00-2:00pm EST	Presentation on Indigenous Languages	Public Service Commission	MS Teams	This activity will be an opportunity for Indigenous students to learn about Indigenous languages and the impact in the Federal Public Service. Presentation given by the Indigenous Languages Team and Canadian Heritage

July 7	1:00pm-2:30pm EST	Mentorship (Bilingual) Session - 4 mentors/session	Public Service Commission	TBD	MS Teams	This learning activity will provide hired Indigenous students with the support and guidance necessary to create a meaningful work experience for themselves. Each mentoring session will allow students to learn about career progression from a mentor and ask questions to them. Upon completion of the event, students will be encouraged to meet and continue a dialogue with any mentor they see fit. Mentors will speak about their career, experiences in the public service, challenges they face and faced, and they will answer questions from students. Mentors are from various levels such as managers, Vice-President, Associate Deputy Minister, Operations, Border officers, and many more.
July 15	1:00pm-2:00pm EST (French) Session	Second-Language Information Session	Public Service Commission		MS Teams	To provide hired students with disabilities and Indigenous students with the knowledge of information about Second Laguage Evaluation, available services and options when accommodations are needed.

This will include a presentaion from a PSC HR advisor to speak about tips for succeeding in the application process when applying for the Governement of Canada jobs. This event will also include a presentation about Virtual Career Door for persons with Disabilities, Indigenous Career Pathways (ICP), and the National Indigenous Student Circle (NISC).
