About UXWS

We are a section composed of two closely integrated teams – a team of UX Specialists and a team of Web Developers. We offer end-to-end User-Centered Design (UCD) services from user needs analysis and iterative design, to development, delivery and maintenance.

Our team conducts UX activities in order to better understand how users interact with our products.  The findings and observations allow us to make improvements that reflect preferred user interaction and ease of use.

Aperçu

Nous sommes une section de huit personnes formant deux équipes étroitement intégrées : une équipe de spécialistes de l’EU et une équipe de développeurs Web. Nous offrons des services de conception centrée sur l’utilisateur de bout en bout touchant à la livraison et à la maintenance de produits à l’aide d’une analyse des besoins des utilisateurs et d’une conception itérative.

Notre équipe mène des activités liées à l’EU afin de mieux comprendre la façon dont les utilisateurs interagissent avec nos produits. Nos constatations et nos observations nous permettent d’apporter des améliorations qui tiennent compte des interactions privilégiées des utilisateurs et qui facilitent l’utilisation.

À titre de membre de notre équipe de l’EU, vous devrez faire ce qui suit :

  • Effectuer des recherches sur les utilisateurs, par exemple des entrevues auprès des utilisateurs, des sondages, etc.;
  • Effectuer des essais de convivialité modérés, des tris de fiches, des essais d’arborescence, des tests de premier clic, etc.;
  • Effectuer des examens d’inspection, comme des évaluations heuristiques et d’experts;
  • Analyser des résultats et formuler des recommandations aux fins d’améliorations;
  • Rédiger des rapports ou des présentations afin de communiquer les constatations et les résultats.

Exigences en matière d’études :

  • Diplôme en conception, en interaction homme-machine (IHM), en multimédia, en facteurs humains, en psychologie, en sciences cognitives ou d’autres domaines connexes, ou expérience pratique équivalente.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum d’une année d’expérience dans un domaine lié à l’EU;
  • Passion envers la détermination et la résolution de problèmes des utilisateurs;
  • Connaissance de la conception axée sur l’utilisateur ou de l’interaction homme-machine;
  • Une compréhension du processus de conception d’EU itérative de bout en bout, y compris la façon d’effectuer des recherches sur les besoins des utilisateurs, le maquettage fonctionnel et le prototypage ainsi que la mise à l’essai de l’utilisateur;
  • De bonnes compétences fondamentales relatives à l’architecture de l’information, à la conception d’interactions et à la conception visuelle;
  • Avoir de l’expérience en utilisation des méthodes de recherche sur de multiples utilisateurs (essais de convivialité, entrevues, sondages, groupes de discussion, demandes contextuelles, etc.) et connaître le moment idéal pour les utiliser;
  • Expérience en maquettage fonctionnel et en prototypage (Balsamiq, Axure, Photoshop ou Illustrator);
  • Capacité à effectuer une recherche sur les problèmes et à analyser ces derniers ainsi qu’à synthétiser les résultats de recherche;
  • Expérience en planification, en élaboration et en réalisation de projets ou d’initiatives multiples;
  • D’excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite sont indispensables;
  • Des compétences en informatique (feuilles de calcul Excel, présentations PowerPoint, documents Word, etc.) sont obligatoires;
  • La connaissance des logiciels suivants est un atout : Morae, Optimal Workshop, Adobe Creative Suite ou Axure.
