Associate Ombuds

Members of Ombuds Offices (case by case)

Two-hour meeting planned on a quarterly basis and usually occur in June, September, December and March. Provide an inclusive and agile forum for consultation and support for organizational ombuds within the Government of Canada to build on and share organizational best practices;

Mobilize the OOC members to advance and promote the role, the practice and the function of an organizational ombud;

Organizational Ombuds Council Steering Committee OOC Secretariat To be determined One-hour meeting planned every 3 weeks for one hour. A meeting calendar is proposed on a yearly basis and may be adjusted according to members' needs. Provide a planning and activity forum to ensure the overall functioning of the Council, the on-going management of its activities and the advancement of priorities.
