Overview
Mentoring plays an important role in employee engagement and retention, both of which contribute significantly to individual and organizational productivity and make employees feel valued. That's why this year the Employment Opportunity for Students with Disabilities (EOSD) initiative is launching a self-directed mentoring program for students hired under the initiative.
