Plan Smart, Lead Clearly, Stay Connected
April marks the first month of our fiscal year, a time to set clear, SMART objectives as we navigate through an election period and the uncertain times that come with it.
As managers and leaders, organizing and planning your work effectively is more important than ever. A simple yet effective tip is to leverage the tools available to lighten your load. Leading by communicating clear expectations and following through with your team can also help reduce stress and maintain productivity. And remember, your network is a valuable and free asset, one that will grow forever and evolve with you. Don’t hesitate to tap into the resources and support available to you.
At NMC, we remain committed to helping you stay connected and supported. Our strength lies in facilitating conversations, collaboration, and connections among managers across Canada and the Public Service.
This month, don’t miss out on our virtual session on Top 3 Things Managers Should Know on Digital and Data Tool Adoption, the regional Managers Connect events, and the Coaching Circle Drop-In Info Sessions.
