When news hit of Queen’s passing, Principal Publisher applied a banner across all pages on the MWS
Heritage put together a digital toolkit for departments

End of day, an email went to out to web directors with a link to the toolkit

Planning underway for next steps, working out details for how web content is affected

Immediate priority: We are in the period of mourning, leading up to a day of mourning (the funeral)
