When news hit of Queen’s passing, Principal Publisher applied a banner across all pages on the MWS

Heritage put together a digital toolkit for departments

Friday

End of day, an email went to out to web directors with a link to the toolkit

Heritage Planning underway for next steps, working out details for how web content is affected

PCO

Immediate priority: We are in the period of mourning, leading up to a day of mourning (the funeral)

Questions coming in from the community about the longer term implications

We will get more direction in the coming days regarding transition

Send questions to M-R (DTO) and Brenna (PCO) and they will compile a list

Action item: For now, begin to look at your content and make note of where you will have to make updates once we have more direction about what’s required
