<big>The Mentoring Living Library is a grassroots initiative created by the NCRYPN and the Federal Youth Network, supported in partnership with GC Students, that provides young GofC professionals with the opportunity to informally connect with, and learn from, experienced employees. This 'Living Library' consists of mentors (or 'books') who are volunteers and have generously offered to share their time and individual stories with interested mentees.</big>

<big>This 'Living Library' consists of mentors (or 'books') who are volunteers and have generously offered to share their time and individual stories with interested mentees. The purpose of a living library is to bring back the art of connecting with others by providing access to individuals who are willing to share their time, energy, and their stories. By checking out our living library, you are checking out the stories and experiences of a wide range of individuals in the Canadian public service.</big>
