Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) is responsible for the provision of web and other related electronic or digital services to Government of Canada institutions through a standardized service agreement.
A new service agreement is being developed for 2018-19 and will be established between ESDC and each institution using the services, including:
* Content management platform for Canada.ca (Managed Web Service, or MWS)
* Content management platform for Canada.ca (Managed Web Service, or MWS)
* Analytics tool for Canada.ca (Adobe Analytics)
* Analytics tool for Canada.ca (Adobe Analytics)
