| The virtual mentoring sessions are bilingual and will feature 5-6 mentors at each session. Mentors will speak about their career, experiences in the public service, challenges they face and faced, and they will answer questions from students. Mentors are from various levels such as managers, Vice President, Associate Deputy Minister, Operations, border officers, and many more!

| This learning activity will provide hired Indigenous students with the support and guidance necessary to create a meaningful work experience for themselves.

 

* Each mentoring session will allow students to learn about career progression from a mentor and ask questions to them.

* Upon completion of the event, students will be encouraged to meet and continue a dialogue with any mentor they see fit.

* Mentors will speak about their career, experiences in the public service, challenges they face and faced, and they will answer questions from students.

* Mentors are from various levels such as managers, Vice-President, Assosiate Deputy Minister, Operations, Boarder officers, and many more.
