France Hutchison est agent libre au sein du Secrétariat du conseil du trésor et membre de la faculté de l’École de la fonction publique du Canada. Elle fut gestionnaire et coach dans les programmes de perfectionnement du leadership ainsi que l’instigatrice du réseau de coaching du Gouvernement du Canada. Elle se spécialise dans l’accompagnement des gestionnaires et de leur équipe afin d’adopter des techniques inspirées du coaching et ce, pour mieux transiger avec la complexité, le changement et les relations humaines.

Elle offre son temps dans l'accompagnement des leaders afin qu'ils trouvent le courage de diriger en tout authenticité. Son côté humain, ses valeurs ainsi que son désir de contribuer à l’émergence d’une culture de coaching au sein de la fonction publique l’ont mené au développement de projets collaboratifs lors de la pandémie. Une première, la Semaine internationale de coaching en mai 2020 et le Sommet du coaching en décembre 2020 ont connu un grand succès dont plus de 1600 fonctionnaires ont reçus des services de coaching individuels et virtuels par une communauté de plus de 300 coachs impliqués.
