Join Sarah Brickell for a dynamic session on creating a digital and data-driven culture. She’ll share lessons from adopting tools like Teams, Power BI, and Copilot, while exploring digital transformation, cultural shifts, and team engagement. With insights from both National Headquarters and regional offices as well as highlighting the differences between working in an agency versus a core department contexts, this session offers relevant takeaways for all managers.

There will be the opportunity to sign-up to join a PCC group if you are interested at the close of the session. The next wave of PCC groups will be formed in Summer 2025 and meet September 2025 until June 2026.
