|PEN represents a growing need for visibility, support, and advocacy for Palestinian employees in the public service. We aim to challenge stereotypes, address anti-Palestinian racism, and foster an environment where all employees can bring their authentic selves to work. By uniting diverse voices, we strive to create lasting change that benefits not only Palestinian employees but the broader public service as a whole.
