|'''Leanne Feltrin''' resides in the Niagara area, and has been a proud and grateful public servant for over 30 years. She has worked in various leadership roles, providing support to the Management Community and all employees with respect of any wellness related initiatives, which she has always been passionate about. Currently, she is the Chair of the Ontario Region Well-being Network for the Canada Revenue Agency, and Co-chair of the Ontario Workplace Well-being Network OFC (Ontario Federal Council). To her, well-being is never a ‘one size fits all’ approach, we need to be mindful, sensitive, understanding and compassionate not only to others, but to ourselves as well, as we learn and grow. She completed the Mindful Change Leadership Development Program in 2022 and was so positively impacted that she wanted to continue to support others in becoming a volunteer facilitator for future sessions.
