Questions and Answers

Any major Usability or UX testing plans for Q4? Curious if in house or working with external service?

  • PSPC is currently in the middle of multiple UX studies (2 tree tests, 1 usability test). All in-house.
  • Canada Border Services is going to attempt some facilitated UX testing on our CARM pages.
  • SSC working to get Adobe to test Adobe Target for sections of our career pages. Looking to split costs internally with other groups that might be interested in A/B testing.

Question if anyone has specific guidance from their department on the use of or on how they're creating QR codes?

  • Valuable information in this slack thread:

Has anyone been successful in creating accessible PDFs for large reports?

  • The general feedback is to work on making the HTML accessible, as the evidence shows people don’t click the pdf versions
  • Community generally advises against using pdfs
