Continuous improvement pages and GC design system update - TBS

- DTO developed guidance on what to improve, designing the content and team structure, measuring success and prototyping
- Part of the conversation is the breadth of what is a design system
- Design system originally came about to move all federal departments on single platform (site) and it currently has that legacy in terms of tone and lack of flexibility
- Paused much of the design system work until this spring, starting with what’s not working (legacy and fixed ways, fragmented documentation) and it's difficult to integrate new aspects
- New team: DTO, CDS, and PP
- We will continue to update at these meetings how the design system working group evolves

- Quebec only province that has this up and running (update next meeting as they were unavailable)
- Other provinces working on this at the moment
