Notices to tenants/occupants


Tenants of PDP3 and adjacent buildings have been informed of construction work through operational notices issued by BGIS, with PSPC’s informal consent. Notices issued to date are provided below. This list will be updated regularly.

Temporary and Partial Closure: Laurier-Taché Parking Garage July 26, 2022 To facilitate construction renovations. Reasons for the partial closure include: the installation of a new elevator pit; an interruption in the ventilation system; structural upgrades, and replacement of underground piping.
Relocation of the bicycle storage shelter at Tower C2 entrance hall at Level 02 July 26, 2022 To facilitate the additional site logistics required for the Construction Manager to install exterior hoarding in preparation for construction work.
Tower A and B Delineation Hoarding July 14, 2022 Outline and separate the occupied space in Tower A2 from the construction activities in Tower B1.
Interim Mailroom Demolition and Abatement July 14, 2022 See notice
Sidewalk and Lane Closure on Maisonneuve Boulevard May 24, 2022 To facilitate the additional site logistics required for the CM and to isolate the access to egress for site deliveries, loading and unloading. Additionally, the measures are required to ensure the safety and protection of the public and to contain the construction site within the hoarding walls.
Construction Hoarding: Tower C - North Courtyard To facilitate the additional site logistics required for the Construction Manager and to isolate the access to egress for site deliveries, loading and unloading. Additionally, the measures are required to ensure the safety and protection of the public and to contain the construction site within the hoarding walls.
Construction Hoarding: Tower B - Exterior To facilitate the additional site logistics required for the Construction Manager and to isolate the access to egress for site deliveries, loading and unloading. Additionally, the measures are required to ensure the safety and protection of the public and to contain the construction site within the hoarding walls.
Construction hoarding activities April 6, 2022 The main objective of the construction hoarding activities is to create a safe delineation between tenants and the construction zone in preparation of the PDP3 AWR Project.
Environmental Soil Study Characterization April 5, 2022 To help identify potential contaminants in the soil in and around the project area. Information gathered during this work will help describe the environmental quality of the soil.
Tree Removal Activities March 25, 2022 To facilitate additional site logistics requirements for the Construction Manager (CM) to enable construction related activities in preparation of the PDP3 AWR Project and to update the landscape and riverfront greenbelt in connection to the complex.
Construction hoarding activities (Interim space) February 22, 2022 To create a safe delineation between tenants and the construction zone in preparation of the PDP3 AWR Project.
Construction hoarding (CM site) February 17, 2022 To create a safe delineation between tenants and the construction zone in preparation of the PDP3 AWR Project.
Construction hoarding February 11, 2022 To create a safe delineation between tenants and the construction zone in preparation of the PDP3 AWR Project.
Tree removal activities (Woodland Area) February 9, 2022 To create an interim construction laydown area for the CM to enable construction related activities in preparation of the PDP3 AWR Project; and an opportunity to update the landscape and Riverfront Greenbelt connection to the complex.
