Welcome to Invitation Page to Participate in the

Mindful Change Leadership Development Program

- an 8 Week English Pilot

Goal of the program: To increase self-awareness by developing key skills: Focus, Clarity, Creativity, and Compassion in the service of others for becoming a better Change Leader. With the option to start a mindfulness practice.

Time & Commitment: An estimated 1h20 to 2h00, per week during the program, as per the following:

·        One webinar session a week, duration of 1 hour, for 8 weeks, except for the first and last session which have a duration of an hour and a half

o   Thursdays, from 1:00pm to 2:00pm EST

with the exception of the first and last sessions, from 1:00 to 2:30 on those 2 days

o   Start date: April 22, 2021

o   End date: June 10, 2021

·        Daily mindfulness practice, 5 to 20 minutes

·        One call a week with a buddy, 15 minutes (buddy system randomly assigned in the first week)

·        Journaling throughout the 8 weeks, 5 to 10 minutes per week

·        Complete a 5 min self-assessment, 3 times: before, at the end, and 3 months after the program

Benefits expected. Increased self-awareness, development of key skills: Focus, Clarity, Creativity, and Compassion in the service of others, with a positive impact on wellbeing and the option to start a mindfulness practice.

Information Session with Q&A’s: An information session will occur on Wednesday, April 14 2021, from 11:30am to 12:30pm EST. Join the information session (no need to register for the information session)

Registration & Capacity: the following are parameters for this program:

·        Have support from your Manager to participate throughout the program

·        Willingness to invest what's required to successfully participate in the program (1:20 to 2 hours a week, including the tasks and follow the buddy system, for the 8 week duration of the program)

·        For now, up to a 100 participants will be admitted on a first come first registered basis.

·        In the case there are spots still available, a week before program begins, the invitation will be shared with other Departments through the Mindful Change Leadership and Change Management - Change Leadership GCConnex groups.
