TBS DTO

• Communications:
  • Blog post: A new post will go out next week
  • Newsletters: Working on DTO Communiqué and Web Managers email, which will go out before holidays
• FPT Working group meeting yesterday
  • Agenda:
    • Talked about rapid test kits
    • Provincial/Territorial feedback on federal proof of vaccination pages
    • Shared Design system usability research
    • Talked about vaccination for 5-11 year olds
• Wayfinding optimization project is starting back up
  • Started pre-COVID
  • Working with 4-5 departments on navigation
• Task success working group meeting next week
  • All departments should look at cleaning up task list over next several months

HC PHAC

Travel

• Web content related to new Orders in Council for travel is going through approvals
• Alert posted about temporary exceptions based on situation in BC and confusion about what situations are eligible

Vaccines

• Content about vaccine distribution to provinces will go live tomorrow
• Looking to add pediatric vaccination to vaccine safety report
• There will be upcoming communications about  the upcoming 1 year anniversary of vaccination in Canada

IRCC - Proof of Vaccination updates

• Alberta launched their version this morning, but they had technical difficulties and had to revert back for now

PCO

• Annual report to go live late this week/next week
• Call to action letters - more information to come

2. Speech from the Throne - Brenna Maher (PCO)

• Yesterday, the Governor General delivered the Speech from the Throne to open the 44th Parliament.
  • Speech from the Throne.
• There will be more specific details about departmental mandates in the mandate letters.
• We don’t yet have a date for mandate letters but they typically arrive a few weeks after the Speech from the Throne
• There is a drop box with visuals if departments want to add something to their sites - Brenna will send out the link

4. Map of top tasks - Jane Stewart (DTO)

• Shared Google sheet of top tasks where Jane mapped top tasks to services that are in the Service Inventory
• Would eventually like to move from service performance data to task performance data
