TBS DTO

  • Continuing to support optimization on travel and vaccines
  • Tweaks based on geotargeting pilot on COVID-19 landing page
  • Working on integrating COVID top-task survey results with GC task survey results
  • Beta pattern for responsive tables in the works
  • Thank you everyone for your help with the CCO IS-04 Interviews
    • We held over 60 interviews last week - interviews continue this week and into next
  • New blog: Co-design with approvers at the table - check it out and share with your networks

HC PHAC

Travel

  • Summary data about testing travellers went live on Friday
  • OIC changes coming this week
  • Co-editing workshops will be scheduled based on needs

Vaccines

  • Geotargeting work is ongoing (offering targeted link for Ontario people looking to book vaccine appointments)
  • Updates to vaccine topic pages later today
    • Link changes and moving things around
    • Creating a dropdown in the Focus on section similar to what was done on the COVID landing page
  • Marketing campaign going live today

Overall traffic patterns

  • Mandatory hotel stopover is first followed by vaccines

PCO

  • Looking to chat with departments who have experience publishing news products for more languages than EN and FR - please contact Celeste Côté
    • Working with Principal Publisher on updates to GC Newsroom

PP

  • Hard at work managing the move of data centres from US cloud space to Canadian cloud space
    • Should be done by the end of June
    • There will be some very limited down time, but it will happen over a weekend
  • Supporting on geotargeting pilot
    • Working on translation and preparing to offer geotargeting for all provinces and territories

Finance

  • Looked at ERP this morning - half a million visits in the last month
  • Updating CCB and waiving student loan interest
  • Working through the response/recovery changes

CSPS

CRA/Taxes

  • Doing Validation testing on Canadian Emergency Rent Program
  • Doing moderated testing on the Recovery Hiring Program

PSPC

  • Working on updates to the Essential Services Emergency Reserve information

TBS

  • Wanted to know when the Beta Theme and Topic templates will be available in AEM
    • DTO and Principal Publisher will follow up

On Wednesday, we will be presenting a deck from the Travel project that was presented to a DG Comms Borders group last week to share some of the messages that may be helpful for web teams when collaborating with colleagues in strat comms and media relations.
