Summary
A BA operates under a commitment not to impact the time staff requires for operational deliverables. This team was very busy. Just before the new year, I proposed an alternated set of deliverables as an example of goals we could pursue given that it was beginning to appear that I would not be able to engage staff to examine processes because they could not find the time. Since my mandate was to find improvements for the RBM System, I felt that I would still be able to deliver value to that system as a technical system built upon the existing processes.
