Description:
Do you think that moving up is the only direction to take your career? Is developing others part of your plan or something you dread? In partnership with the NMC, join leaders in the GC for a candid conversation about movement in ALL directions.
Learning Objectives:
After this session, participants will be able to:
- Compare the benefit of horizontal and vertical career movements
- Recognize what competencies a good manager uses in leading a team
- Reflect on their preferred career trajectory and if that includes the people management stream
- Identify learning opportunities for current and future people leaders
