Strategically Building Your Learning Plan to Connect to Needs

Description:

You play a crucial part in guiding your learning; your manager is only partially responsible. Learn how to create your own learning roadmap and advocate for support in achieving your learning goals.

Learning Objectives:

After this session, participants will be able to:

Recognize the importance of mandated learning plan completion and the accompanying discussions
Create a targeted learning plan for their individual career aspirations
Identify what is possible and what is likely for learning plan approvals
Frame the discussion with their manager including justification of learning approval
