She is a bilingual Heritage Presenter with Parks Canada located at Fort Langley National Historic Site where she has been working for the last 17 years. She loves sharing Canada’s history with Canadians and international visitors. |Andrew has been with Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) since 2014, and is currently the Director General responsible for policy regarding the Employment Insurance (EI) and Canada Emergency Response Benefit (CERB) programs. Prior to joining ESDC, Andrew worked in a variety of roles at the Privy Council Office, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, and the Canada Border Services Agency. He holds a B.Sc. (Honours) degree from Queen’s University (Kingston) and a Ph.D. from the University of Alberta in Physics. You may also know Andrew as the ESDC Champion for the Visible Minorities, a corporate role he has been in since February 2019.
