|Elisabeth (Liz) was born and raised in France. She decided to settle in British Columbia after visiting South Africa. She finds a lot of similarities between Canada and South Africa.
Liz became a Public Servant 11 years ago. Her three favourite words are “why?” and “why not?” Her mantra is “Purpose over popularity”.
Liz challenges status quos and hidden biases. She believes in the power of grassroots movements.
She graduated from a French law school. Her time spent as a Black student in law school gave her powerful insight into systemic racism. She is part of the Anti-Racism Ambassador Network (ARAN) and the co-chair of the Federal Black Employee Caucus (FBEC) B.C. Chapter.
|Elisabeth (Liz) est née et a grandi en France. Elle a décidé de s’installer en Colombie-Britannique après avoir visité l'Afrique du Sud. Elle trouve beaucoup de similarités entre le Canada et l'Afrique du Sud.
