As UX Content Coordinator, your job is to help coordinate content submissions and validations from stakeholders, manage and update online content to ensure information is up-to-date, accessible, and is endorsed. You support the Digital Academy team with the content needs and work closely with developers and UX professionals to design and implement content strategies. You should also be quick to respond to partners enquiries, be detailed oriented and have great interpersonal skills to help foster long term partnerships.
More specifically, you will:
* Work closely with partners to capture requirements, gather content and coordinate activities for the development of digital products.
* Work as part of the UX team alongside designers, researchers, and developers to build and maintain digital applications and tools.
* Perform quality assurance exercise for new and updated digital products, functionalities and content.
* Perform content audits, analyze user data to evaluate content effectiveness and undertake cleanup exercises.
* Design and implement content strategies, using data and evidence to give the audience the content they need, at the time they need it, and in a way they expect it.
* Coordinate and develop inclusive and accessible content, product descriptions, feature updates, in-product messaging, online posts, reports, presentations, help articles and organizational pages.
* Participate in user research activities and work with researchers to conduct user sessions, card sorting exercises and online research.

* Experience making recommendations to management.
* The ability to translate business needs and research requests into actionable tasks.
* Strong attention to details to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task.
