ARMCHAIR DISCUSSIONS

Thanks to a partnership with the Canada School of Public Service, all federal employees are invited to attend two armchair discussions.

From linguistic insecurity to linguistic security: Coaching, resilience and risk taking

Imagine using coaching to implement language security. Are you familiar with the concept of language resilience? Do you recognize the impact of leaders who make incredible efforts to speak in their second language? Do you want to learn more about a risk-taking application that helps federal public servants reduce their language insecurity?

To answer these questions, the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat has brought together experts who will share their experiences with regard to certain skills related to building language security on an individual and organizational basis.
