Speed Mentoring
WHAT:
These 90-minute sessions of virtual, structured speed mentoring, will allow groups of 4-5 mentees to meet with one mentor for 20 minutes at a time (through Zoom breakout rooms). There will be three rounds of networking per session.

| Rochelle Wacklin | Policy Advisor | Treasury Board Secretariat | Rochelle Wacklin is a policy advisor at the Treasury Board Secretariat, where she provides strategic advice on housing-related Treasury Board submissions and previously served as the lead advisor on Women and Gender Equality Canada submissions. She also worked at Employment and Social Development Canada on homelessness policy and at Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada on innovation and economic development initiatives. A graduate of Simon Fraser University and Carleton University, Rochelle began her federal career through the Advanced Policy Analyst Program, completing rotations at all three central agencies and later mentoring incoming analysts. Originally from rural Alberta, she now lives in Ottawa with her partner and their four children, including 2.5 year old twins. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, travel, and—on most days—keeping up with her toddlers. |
