WHAT:
These 90-minute sessions of virtual, structured speed mentoring, will allow groups of 4-5 mentees to meet with one mentor for 20 minutes at a time (through Zoom breakout rooms). There will be three rounds of networking per session.

Her career began as a Technician with an internet service provider in Nigeria shortly before earning her Bachelor of Engineering degree. She transitioned into consulting at PwC and later joined a business simulation company in Reston, Virginia, before immigrating to Canada with her family. Néka has since contributed her expertise to various public sector departments and agencies, where she remains dedicated to supporting the successful delivery of programs and projects.
Neka is currently in her 3rd year at PSPC and supports DND as her main client in the Munitions and Tactical Systems Procurement Directorate. She is also a part-time professor at Algonquin College where she had taught several courses in the degree and certificate programmes. She currently teaches Global Procurement Management Applications. Son travail au sein d'IRCC (de 2021 à aujourd'hui) comprend la direction et la création d'ateliers ciblant l'éducation sur des sujets liés à la lutte contre le racisme, l'équité, la diversité et l'inclusion (AREDI).Elle a également travaillé avec diverses organisations à but non lucratif pour comprendre les racines de la situation et possède de l'expérience sur les problèmes rencontrés et liés à l'AREDI.
