|This presentation will provide an overview for managers on processes related to preparation, submission, processing and return of Exceptions within the common hybrid work model. We will also discuss how exceptions differ from processes related to Duty to Accommodate in relation to (a) medical reasons, and (b) other reasons as outlined in the Canadian Human Rights Act.
Cette présentation donnera aux gestionnaires un aperçu des processus liés à la préparation, à la soumission, au traitement et au retour des Demandes d’exception au modèle de travail hybride commun. Nous discuterons également de la façon dont les exceptions diffèrent des processus liés à l’obligation de prendre des Mesures d’adaptation en milieu de travail en ce qui concerne a) les raisons médicales et b) les autres raisons énoncées dans la Loi canadienne sur les droits de la personne.
