<p>Sean Stricker is the Director of Digital Transformation at the Canada Energy Regulator (CER) and is responsible for ensuring Canadians receive high quality, accessible, and efficient government services in a digital age.  He is passionate about leading teams that design with users to discover problems from the human perspective to maximize the delivery of business outcomes and to drive organizational growth and change.  Sean is a strong advocate for mental health and is a proponent of reducing barriers to improve accessibility to help create a world where everyone belongs.</p>

<p>Stéphane Crête works as a manager for the centre for statistical and data standards in Statistics Canada. Since joining Statistics Canada in the late 90s, he has held a number of positions working on IT systems and architecture covering many statistical domains such as business surveys and the system of national accounts. As a data standards architect, Stéphane is a vocal advocate for the adoption of standards including those for data exchange and metadata management, and he plays a key role in their implementation across various data domains within Statistics Canada. In his free time, Stéphane enjoys exploring new technologies and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the field. He is passionate about the role that data standards play in advancing technology and improving business-related statistical capabilities.</p>

<p>Wesley Yung is the acting Director General of the Modern Statistical Methods and Data Science Branch at Statistics Canada. Previously, he was the Director of the International Cooperation and Methodology Innovation Center and before that, the Director of Economic Statistics Methods Division. With a background in statistics and survey methods, Wesley has over 30 years of experience working with data and managing people providing methodological support to statistical programs at Statistics Canada. As data landscape has been evolving, he has taken a keen interest on how modern methods, including Data Science techniques, can be leveraged to produce high quality statistical outputs.</p>
