<p>vExpo is available for use by the Canada School of Public service (CSPS), partner departments, and other Government of Canada (GC) organizations to support larger-scale events. Below is a list of criteria used to determine if vExpo is a good fit for hosting your event.

<p>The CSPS Digital Academy offers partnership opportunities to other Government of Canada (GC) departments who are interested in cost-sharing options to host events using the vExpo and/or to have a virtual kiosk. </p>

 

<p>If you would like to request a vExpo or kiosk, contact the vExpo product owner (Geneviève Lemieux: [mailto:genevieve.lemieux@canada.ca genevieve.lemieux@canada.ca]), to discuss space availability and cost-sharing options. </p>

*Large-scale event (i.e. conference) with a minimum 1,000 anticipated participants.

*Department

*Event duration is 4 hours or more, and includes breaks.

*Contact information (email and phone number, if possible)

*Event includes one or more activities that require participant interaction (i.e. such as breakout sessions, workshops, networking).
