* Ontario – on second wave; but not officially yet; will most likely see an announcement in the upcoming days
* Quebec – adopted a color system; with different regions of Quebec (green, yellow, orange and red)

*Quebec – using google analytics; 3 rounds of reorganizing content; and lots of work on satisfaction survey in addition to social media monitoring
*PEI – Only one active case today; content is not changing much at the moment
*Ontario – Separate micro COVID19 site; pushing folks to the app for the alert app
*Nova Scotia – Monitoring user journeys and search
