Second wave
- Ontario – on second wave; but not officially yet; will most likely see an announcement in the upcoming days
- Quebec – adopted a color system; with different regions of Quebec (green, yellow, orange and red)
- 3 regions currently in red state
Seasonal Flu
- Federal (Public Health)
- Thinking of removing the symptoms table, since covid symptoms are so similar
- Reworking flu content; and update documents/web content so messaging is updating throughout
- Perhaps update the immunization pocket guide
Optimising COVID19 Content
- Quebec – using google analytics; 3 rounds of reorganizing content; and lots of work on satisfaction survey in addition to social media monitoring
- PEI – Only one active case today; content is not changing much at the moment
- Ontario – Separate micro COVID19 site; pushing folks to the app for the alert app
- Nova Scotia – Monitoring user journeys and search
- individual landing pages for various sub-topics; launched before the back to school and will use this approach for upcoming holidays
