Digital Talent Strategy

Defining and developing digital skills for all public servants

As part of the President of the Treasury Board’s Mandate Letter, the Office of the Chief Human Resources Officer (OCHRO) is developing a long-term, government-wide Public Service Skills Strategy to ensure that the public service has capacity to support Canadians in an increasingly changing world. This includes a strong emphasis on increasing modern digital skills for all public servants.
At OCIO, we are supporting this commitment by defining the digital skills all public servants need in a modern workforce.
