What would success look like?
- Team is still having fun
- Organized development and clear roles
- DIS work clearly understood by other people not on the team

What would failure look like?

- Bad reputation
What can we do to increase our chances of success and/or decrease risk of failure?
- Clearly define roles/responsibilities
- Maintain positive management support
- Don't over promise and under deliver
- Continuous learning
- Maintain team cohesion
- Be strategic about work team takes on
