Welcome to the page for the proud ambassadors of the very first Official Languages Symposium!
Here you will find a few resources to help you promote the Symposium events without too much effort. The messages presented are specifically aimed at promoting the activities offered to public servants.
If you are not familiar with the Symposium program, you can find it on the home page of this wiki.

The 2025 Official Languages Symposium Organizing Committee
Generic message
The generic message can be used in its entirety in a newsletter, in an email, or published on your institution's internal web page. It is a message announcing the Symposium and the activities offered to public servants.
We offer a long version and an abbreviated version to be sent 4 to 6 weeks before the event. You can choose which one is most appropriate depending on the communication method. We also offer a reminder message to be sent in early November.
Targeted messages - For federal institutions hosting a virtual workshop or information session
Here is an alternative message for federal institutions offering a virtual workshop or information session on November 18 or 21 to be sent 4 to 6 weeks before the event. You can customize the message by filling in the specified areas. We also suggest a reminder message to be sent in early November.
Targeted messages - For federal institutions with a senior manager participating as a panelist in the armchair discussion
Here is an alternative message for federal institutions with a senior manager participating as a panelist in the armchair discussion (webcast) on November 17, to be sent 4 to 6 weeks before the event. You can customize the message by filling in the specified fields. We also suggest a reminder message to be sent in early November.
