Speed Mentoring
WHAT:
These 90-minute sessions of virtual, structured speed mentoring, will allow groups of 4-5 mentees to meet with one mentor for 20 minutes at a time (through Zoom breakout rooms). There will be three rounds of networking per session.

Deputy Project Manager - Technical, Program Icebreakers, Major Projects | DFO | Catherine Le Blanc did a master's degree in project management at UQO, in addition to having completed a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering at Ecole Polytechnique de Montréal. After working in consulting engineering for 4 years, she joined the Canadian Coast Guard as a project engineer. Manager since 2018, Catherine continued her professional development by participating in numerous training courses offered by the Canada School of Public Service, and by contributing to several initiatives in the “Shipbuilding and material” sector. Finally, Catherine is a proud mom of 2 boys. She loves cooking and doing outdoor activities with her family. |
