Times Federal Institutions Workshops Videoconferences 9:30 to 10 a.m. (ET) Canada Revenue Agency Canada Revenue Agency Awareness Campaign "Inclusion of Official Languages at the CRA, a benefit for all!" During this workshop, we will take the opportunity to introduce you to new tools such as a quiz on official languages and a presentation on the use of official languages in the virtual work era. These resources aim to demystify some myths and to better understand official language rights and obligations, particularly in a virtual work environment. Available on mobile, tablet and web versions, this application is a complementary tool that is part of a continuous learning process, promoting a relevant cultural immersion through its 100% Canadian content. Since April 2021, Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has launched a course on the active offer of service. This workshop will allow you to learn which objectives PSPC highlighted, how the Department has promoted it internally, and to leave with turn-key tools to do the same within your organization.
