Then gravitated towards assignments focused on people management, learning, and organizational development.  Took a mid-career break to go back to school. Returned to IRCC and worked in the Operations Sector, Policy Sector, Corporate Sector and now the Settlement and Integration Sector. Led many change projects over the years involving new technology, new business processes, new org structures, and organizational capacity building.

|Andrew Goldstein is currently Director General, Human Resources at Agriculture and Agri-food Canada (AAFC), where he is responsible for leading all aspects of the human resources function for the department.

Andrew began his career in the federal government as an economist at the Department of Finance and then the Privy Council Office.
