Overview

When evaluating new IT initiatives. strategies, projects or investments, Departments should consider Cloud as the first option. This is the GC Cloud first strategy. Learn more about the Cloud first strategy by clicking here.

The National Institute of Standards and Technology defines 3 cloud service models:

IaaS – Infrastructure as a Service

PaaS – Platform as a Service

SaaS – Software as a Service
