NextGen Digital Leaders program: Transforming government digital leadership

In collaboration with the University of Ottawa’s Professional Development Institute, the longstanding Next Generation CIO program has undergone a transformation to cater to the evolving landscape of digital leadership within the Government of Canada.

Introducing the NextGen Digital Leaders program, tailored for individuals aspiring to excel in the digital executive sphere. Spanning six-months part-time, participants will engage in immersive learning, through simulation exercises, action learning circles, and real-world application.

The inaugural cohort’s response exceeded expectations, affirming the commitment to making this an annual opportunity for emerging digital leaders. Moving forward, we're thrilled to announce the program's annual recurrence, offering an ongoing opportunity for future leaders in this domain.
