This project will use where possible the Agile methodology, following the TC Project Management Office Framework 4 Gate model. TC Azure Cloud foundation build activities and planning for the migration of applications into the Cloud are on track. Overall the project is behind schedule due to the delay of secure network connectivity ("Cloud to Ground" connection) and/or authentication services (Active Directory - AD); this work is expected to be delivered by SSC. TC's Cloud Foundational Environment (Azure) has been granted "Authority to Operate" (ATO) (up to Protected-B) for applications not requiring secure network connectivity and/or authentication. In order to execute and to validate the migration process, a list of unclassified applications for migration to the Cloud has been created. Phase 3 of the project (define the migration process and migrate first set of applications) has started to migrate unclassified applications identified in Sprint #1. The presentation to GC-EARB for Application Modernization and Cloud Enablement has been approved by TBS. The resulting MOU for funding has been approved and signed by TBS and TC.
